Delivery and Returns

The Flip Side ships through a strategic local logistics partner Reemal delivery. The promise delivery time is 3 working days* within the UAE. Our working days and delivery timings are Sunday to Thursday **12:00 pm to 9:00 pm**

However, during special sales or promotions there might be an additional processing time up to 4 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped with the tracking/invoice number and contact details of the delivery hero.

Our international delivery rates and dates are calculated case by case based on the item size, weight and the country to be delivered. The charges will be reflected on the checkout page, or will be shared accordingly as per the order value and country.

As we strive to build a better product and community the same will be automated and integrated for a better service!

Returns

We will only refund or replace items that either have a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. Please contact us on info@flipsidedxb.com before sending any returns back to us, as sometimes we will be able to send replacement items without having the damaged item sent back to us. In those cases we will ask you to provide photographic evidence via emailing info@flipsidedxb.com

Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via insured mail post. Please contact us with any questions: info@flipsidedxb.com.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories.

The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer

  • International and GCC countries – 7-10 days

Delivery Charge if there is any

  • International and GCC countries – AED 100 or free for order above 500

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within two (2) hours of the order being placed within our business hours*. Cancellation requests made after two (2) hours of order placement must follow our normal returns procedure.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed after we have processed your refund request.

If a cancellation request is submitted while an order is being fulfilled at our warehouse then the request will be declined.

We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused in this case, but it really hurts an operation when an order that is being fulfilled is cancelled.

Damaged Items

The Flip Side does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you received the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to info@flipsidedxb.com. The Flip Side will also reimburse shipping charges (up to 30 Dirhams), only on items declared defective. Bad pressings of records are not so common but they do happen.
